The proliferation of web-based productivity tools has made our working world even more complex, and shined a spotlight on the need for a better way to organize all your content, across desktop and cloud. It could be argued that it’s harder to search your team’s knowledge than all of human knowledge. In fact, research shows the average knowledge worker spends a stunning percentage of their time everyday searching for information. But just as we’ve come to depend on them the most, our digital spaces have grown more chaotic than ever, with our content and workflows scattered across an overwhelming number of files, apps, and tabs.
For many of us, moving to remote or hybrid work means we’ve traded physical offices for digital screens. The COVID-19 pandemic brought forward a permanent shift in the nature of knowledge work.
